Upon acceptance, a St. Kate’s email account will be created and you will be given credentials to access the tools on the students page and your Student Self Service account. This access is vital for receiving important University communications, viewing your bill, and financial aid awards.

Once is ready, you’ll receive an email from St. Kate’s with a link. Be sure to examine the requirements for your program and what credits will transfer. You may also use this tool to help determine a major if you are still deciding or create “what if” scenarios if you are thinking of another major.

Transfer Credit

To apply for financial aid (need-based grants, loans), start by , which is used to determine your eligibility for federal, state, and University aid.

You also need to complete the St. Kate’s Financial Aid Application.

Please let your financial aid counselor know if you will not be seeking financial assistance so that you do not continue to receive missing requirement emails.

Once you've completed the forms, you can also check the status of your aid offer in your student account  (Student Self Service/My Financial Aid).

All students must show proof of MMR  and tetanus vaccinations (clinical programs require additional vaccinations).
