Molly Wheeler is the Program Director and Assistant Professor of Education, focusing her instruction and research on the Early Childhood and Montessori areas. Molly earned a B.A. from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, her American Montessori Society Early Childhood credential, and her MAED in Education from 亚色影库. She is a doctoral candidate at Marymount University, studying Educational Leadership. Molly is passionate about Anti-Bias education and promoting access to Montessori and all high-quality education through public programming. Her research interests include educational leadership, identity development and equity practices in the early childhood classroom, holistic teacher preparation, and environmental design. Molly currently lives in Virginia after having spent sixteen years living in six countries, working as a consultant, teacher trainer, and Program Director for schools across the globe.聽
