St. Kate鈥檚 Board of Trustees welcomes new members Anne Davis Gotte and Priscilla Zee. These distinguished individuals bring many years of widely varied experience and expertise to the board comprised of leaders in numerous fields, including healthcare, religion, law, business, and education. Gotte and Zee complete the board of 27 members, with a full list available here.

Anne Davis Gotte
With over 20 years of experience building and supporting high performing organizations, teams, and leaders on a global scale across multiple industries, Anne Davis Gotte has earned a reputation for being on the forefront of transformation.
With a master鈥檚 in industrial and labor relations from Cornell, for over six years Gotte led efforts to build Ecolab's first employer brand strategy, global DEI practice, and succession planning capabilities. Gotte and her team worked to support a global unit redesign, overhaul manager and leadership development, and advance talent acquisition practices that resulted in more than 10,000 placements per year, earning internal and external recognition for their work and improving women and racial representation at management levels. Gotte then spent 14 years with General Mills in a variety of business partner and talent management roles.
After working at Bumble Inc. as vice president of global talent management, Gotte returned to General Mills in April 2023 as vice president of HR global talent organization. She has previously served as vice chair of the Minnesota Science Museum鈥檚 Board of Trustees, and is a proud member of Marshall Goldsmith鈥檚 100 Coaches. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Gotte and her family live in Minneapolis.
Priscilla Zee
A native Minnesotan with both Chinese and Brazilian cultural roots, Zee is a dynamic leader passionate about community and connections in her work with brand development. Zee is a senior brand and business ambassador driving global consumer growth strategies for General Mills for the last 17 years, leading growth for many of the the world鈥檚 leading consumer food brands including Cheerios, Annie鈥檚, Yoplait, Lucky Charms, and Nature Valley, among others. Zee currently serves as vice president of business unit and brand experience at General Mills. In the last year, she has helped grow the General Mills Canada business to over $1B in sales, the largest market outside of the U.S. for General Mills.
Previously, Priscilla was the Business Unit Director of Natural & Organic brands, where she advocated for accessibility to organic food choices, and diversity and inclusion in marketing, growing Annie鈥檚 to record highs. She advocates for diverse talent and building diverse teams as part of the Senior Advisory Leadership Team for the General Mills Asian Leadership Network, Diverse Marketing Community, Women in Marketing, and Wharton Recruiting. Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in 2004 and earned a Master of Business Administration from Wharton School of Business in 2012.
