Michelle Wieser has been promoted to Associate Dean of Graduate Business and Leadership Programs. Wieser has served ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â for three years, directing the MBA program through a period of sustained growth and innovation. She is currently leading the development of St. Kate's new Master of Science in Management program (MSM), which is targeted to launch in Fall 2018.
Wieser has been instrumental in expanding and evolving our MBA program, while engaging with her colleagues and external partners on key initiatives such as the Leadership Imperative conference. Her efforts have helped raise awareness of St. Kate's and have deepened relationships with corporations and the community.
In her new role, Wieser will expand her leadership across St. Kate's MBA, the Master in Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL), and future MSM programs with a focus on external relations, strategic growth, and innovation. She will develop and leverage relationships with external partners to strengthen our enrollment and guide the growth and evolution of graduate business and leadership education at St. Kate's. Her new focus builds upon Michelle's strengths in driving change, developing external collaborations, and innovating to meet the needs of students and other stakeholders.
Prior to St. Kate's, Wieser directed the Carlson School of Management’s Graduate Business Career Center (2009–14) and led career services/advisor and employer relations for the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Wieser spent 12 years in a variety of marketing, consulting and recruiting positions with Ernst & Young, General Mills and Nestle Purina.
