The St. Kate鈥檚 Campus Directory has been updated to utilize Ellucian Banner (St. Catherine鈥檚 centralized student, employee, faculty, alumni information system) Banner also contains: financial, financial aid and personnel data. Utilizing information within this system provides an accurate, efficient and fluid directory for the campus community.
The Campus Directory feature that Ellucian Banner provides, has a limitation that does not allow you to update your personal email address on file. *Your personal email has never and will not be displayed in the Campus Directory at any time.
St. Catherine鈥檚 requires your personal email address to be on file. To request an update to your personal email, please submit an in ServiceNow, or call the Helpdesk at 651-690-6402. You can also refer to in ServiceNow.
The Campus Directory will only contain employee information.
To access student information, please utilize other university systems such as Student Success, Banner Student Profiles, Gmail, etc.

If you would like to request a removal of your name and information from being listed in the Campus Directory, submit an in ServiceNow. Include 鈥楧irectory Opting Out鈥� in the Request Details.
