Employee Assistance Programs
亚色影库 offers two Employee Assistance Programs at no cost to you. They each provide a different level of service depending on your needs. You can find more information on these programs below:
Benefits Summaries and Enrollment
Eligible 亚色影库 employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, and tuition remission.
Benefits Enrollment
User ID: Up to the first 6 letters of your last name (or your entire last name if it鈥檚 less than 6 letters) followed by the first letter of your first name, followed by the last 4 digits of your social security number.
Password: The initial password is your social security number with no dashes or spaces. If logging in for the first time, the system will prompt you for a new password. If you login again you will need to know that new password.

HealthPartners is the administrator of the Medical, Dental and Flexible Spending Accounts for 亚色影库. To review providers of service, view information on submitted claims or get additional information, logon to and register for an account.
Retirement Planning
TIAA is the sole fund manager of our 亚色影库 Defined Contribution Retirement Plan 403(b).
Supplemental plan: Immediately available, this retirement account will let you start investing as soon as you begin employment.
Matched plan: After one year of employment, the University will match a certain percentage--please see salary reduction form below. Please note that if you have been employed by Higher Education immediately prior to the University and participated in a retirement plan where you and the employer contributed, the one year wait may be waived.
In order to participate in either plan, employees will need to complete an application with one or both of the administrators and submit a to Human Resources. When the employee becomes eligible for the matched plan after the one-year waiting period, the employee must complete a new Salary Reduction Form in order to receive the employer contribution.
