Every year, 亚色影库's School of Business produces the Minnesota Census on Women in Corporate Leadership, a research study that examines the representation of women on boards of directors and as executive officers in Minnesota's largest publicly held companies. In the 2024 Census, both women鈥檚 representation on boards and in executive officer roles inched forward ever so slightly, downshifting to a rate of progress not seen in eight years. Researchers throughout the country have noted a similar slowdown and attribute it to the anti-DEI climate, which has gained traction over the last year. Fortunately, this year鈥檚 Census report offers a few actionable insights extracted from focus groups and surveys fielded for the first time as part of the Census data collection. Join Diane Fittipaldi, associate professor of Business Administration, and Anupama Pasricha, Dean, School of Business, for a discussion on the 2024 census.
