2025-2026 Financial Aid Forms

U.S. Department of Education application to determine eligibility for federal student aid. Students must apply annually, usually beginning October 1st for the upcoming academic year. The Department of Education made significant changes to the FAFSA in 2024. Students can learn more on the website.


This form is used to determine eligibility for state and institutional aid; it is not required for federal aid. If you are a first-time, first-year student in the College for Women, you do not need to complete this form. Please log in to this form using your St. Kate’s single-sign-on credentials. Once you’ve opened the form, please select the correct aid year from the dropdown menu at the top.


For students receiving outside aid: private scholarships, grants, fellowships, etc; tuition reimbursement; veteran or vocational rehabilitation benefits.


To inform the Financial Aid office of changes to enrollment, housing, or other items that affect aid eligibility. Please log into this form using your St. Kate’s single-sign-on credentials. 

Child Care Grant Application 2025-26 - COMING SOON
The Child Care Grant program provides financial assistance to students who have children 12 and under, are not receiving assistance under the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP), and who demonstrate financial need for grants, to help pay for child care while pursuing a postsecondary education. This link will take you to the MN Office of Higher Education's (OHE's) website. The link to the application appears after "Apply Online Now."


An authorization form allowing St. Kate's Financial Aid Office permission to release your financial aid information to a third party. It includes both a FERPA authorization as well as FAFSA data release authorization. FAFSA data includes items such as, but not limited to, your calculated Student Aid Index, your Federal Pell Grant eligibility, other federal, state, or institutional funding, and financial need. It does not include authorization for the Financial Aid Office to share Federal Tax Information (FTI) such as filing status, AGI, or income earned, transferred to your FAFSA during the application process.
