St. Kate's Scholarship Universe
Scholarship Universe (SU) is St. Kate’s scholarship matching tool for accepted and enrolled students. It is our one-stop shop scholarship database that has vetted and verified external scholarship opportunities and offers you access to 3000+ external scholarship opportunities you could match with.
Scholarship Eligibility
The following scholarships apply to first-year students who have been accepted to the College for Women in 2025-2026.
These do not apply to international students.

Merit Scholarships
Scholarships listed below are based on academic achievement and potential after a complete review of the student's application for admission and supporting materials. Scholarships are renewable for up to four years as long as the student is enrolled full-time and is in good academic standing.
At any time, some or all of a student's merit scholarship may be fulfilled through donor support, and students with this scholarship may receive an invitation to engage with donors who have generously provided this funding. The total scholarship amount will remain the same, however.
Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet Founders Scholarship
Amount
Full tuition and fees for up to four years
Eligibility
Eligibility for the Sisters Scholarship is based on outstanding academic performance, extraordinary artistic or musical talent, or excellence in extracurricular accomplishments. For consideration, you must apply for admission and submit all supporting materials by November 15.

Legacy Scholarships
Our legacy scholarships include scholarships for students referred to St. Kate's by our alumni or students who have had parents or grandparents who have graduated from our school.
Alumnae Referral Scholarship
Amount
$600 (one-time)
Eligibility
For students who receive an alum referral card from an alum of St. Catherine. Referral card must be submitted with admission application materials.
DupliKate Scholarship
Amount
$2,000 per year for four years
Eligibility
For students whose parent or grandparent graduated from St. Catherine.
TripliKate Scholarship
Amount
$3,000 per year for four years
Eligibility
For students whose parent and grandparent graduated from St. Catherine.
Out-of-State Student Scholarships
These scholarships are available to out-of-state students planning on coming to Minnesota for school.
Venture Scholarship
Amount
Up to $5,000 per year for four years
Eligibility
For students who are legal residents, not residing in Minnesota or Montana, and not graduated from a Minnesota high school. Students are encouraged to complete the FAFSA as well.
Sophia Brough Kampfer Scholarship for Montana students
Amount
Minimum of $10,000 per year for four years
Eligibility
For students whose legal residence is Montana. To be eligible, students must complete the FAFSA.
Achievement Scholarships
St. Kate's offers additional scholarships based on students' achievements.
St. Catherine Scholarships for National Merit and National Hispanic Scholars
Amount
$2,000–2,500 per year for four years
Eligibility
St. Kate’s will recognize your achievements with additional scholarships on top of your merit scholarship if you are a commended, semifinalist, or finalist in the national competition for National Merit or Hispanic Scholar competitions.
