Currently, the University cannot support conference travel costs. However, if you have a presentation or an active leadership role, you may apply for funds for registration

To apply for these funds, faculty must complete a Travel Authorization Form and check the Conference Application Award application box embedded in the form. The form is linked below and titled "Conference Award Application". Supervisors (Chair/Program Director and Dean) will authorize both funding for these awards and travel through this ServiceNow approval process. International travel will be reviewed by the international travel committee as a part of the approval process. The Provost's Office will notify you one to two weeks after submission with the status of your award. Fiscal Year 2025 awards are to be used for conference presentations between June 1, 2024 - May 31, 2025. Applications for conferences taking place in Fiscal Year 2025 (June 1, 2024 - May 31, 2025) are open. 

Eligibility: Full and part-time faculty, professional faculty, and faculty assistants presenting at a conference are eligible for conference awards. Adjunct faculty are not eligible to apply.
