Namibia Little brings over two decades of experience in education, nonprofits, and community service. Currently serving as an adjunct faculty member at ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â School of Business, Namibia, instructs courses on Managing within a Diverse Workforce and Leadership and Influence. She finds great joy in empowering students to envision themselves as leaders and explores the achievements of women and women of color who have pioneered new paths. Namibia values the reciprocal exchange of knowledge with her students, fostering a dynamic learning environment. Beyond academia, Namibia is dedicated to nurturing the academic and professional growth of youth and young adults. A proud alumna of Tuskegee University, she treasures time spent with loved ones and indulging in non-fiction literature in her leisure.
