Kabo Yang is a Strategic Services Senior Consultant at Propel Nonprofits and former Executive Director of the Minnesota Women’s Consortium. She brings a community leadership perspective, as well as her perspective as a woman of color and former refugee, to her teaching. She helps students leverage their core values and identities as strengths and assets to their leadership. As an MAOL graduate, she loves that students genuinely care about others and use their knowledge, experience, and power to advance equity. Kabo has taught Foundations of Leadership and Ethics, Leading Teams, and Advanced Practice in Change Leadership.
