Janie Felder-Walker, MBA, is passionate and active about improving healthcare for all and is a health equity advocate. With a robust career spanning over two decades, she has cemented a reputation as a dynamic leader in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy Director at CarelonRx, an Elevance Health Company, Janie leads the development of competitive cross-asset integrated market strategies that significantly increase revenue and reduce costs. Janie is an enthusiastic advocate of education and comes from a family of educators (her sister is a high school chemistry teacher, her father was a math teacher, and her husband teaches at St Cloud State). Janie has taught Healthcare Economics and Finance, Health Policy, and Health Quality as an adjunct professor at St. Catherine’s University for the Masters in Business Administration program. Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning, Janie continually seeks new knowledge and skills to stay ahead in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.
