Part anthropologist, part design thinker, Emilie began her career pioneering a highly regarded brand anthropology program for clients such as General Mills and Nike. She helps solve problems by applying anthropological frameworks and concepts to brand and business strategy, engagement, and impact. Emilie combines expertise in global systems thinking, human-centered design, and policy and public engagement to serve leadership in organizations strategically navigating uncertain futures. A Yale graduate, Emilie also holds master鈥檚 degrees in anthropology and public affairs from the London School of Economics and University of Minnesota. She volunteers for the Quetico Superior Foundation, Eat for Equity and The YMCA of the North. She teaches MBA 7050 Design Thinking for Innovation.
