Dr. Andrea Evans brings 20 years of teaching experience and over 30 years of industry experience to the MAOL program, most recently as Provost and VP of Academic Affairs at Northeastern Illinois University. Her scholarly interests in leadership and leadership development align with her practical knowledge and leadership experience to inform her teaching in the MAOL program. She helps students lead and influence by encouraging them to take on projects of interest or problems of practice in their field and consider how they can become part of the solution, improvement, or advancement of that particular issue, interest, or idea. Dr. Evans will be co-teaching ORLD 6700 The Cultural Context of Leadership: Cuba Study Abroad with Dr. Radd.
